how does a union office fire a rep w/o just cause & settel right before a court appearance?
how does a union office do this 3 times in 10 yrs?
how does a union member rationalize this?
It takes 2 to settle doesn't it?
In other words, both parties agreed, n'est pas?
Indeed it does take 2 to settle when the fired one chooses not to air the Local's laundry in a public fourm and when the Local realizes a loss was imminent
regardless, it is still a double standard
