I thought I would toss in a bit of viral fun for those who would tolerate it and haven't heard of the game. The game is addictive and btw I just lost.

I lose!
Hey, I won! I never think about the game.
And that's just the problem with posting this on a forum, I just lost again. I went for a good six months without losing until someone posted this on the ontario longboarding forum. I can't stop losing now. G. Muffin, there is no winning, you just weren't playing before.

I see the game everywhere around me, so I'm always feeling like I'm losing; like everything I value is being eroded and undermined. The only time the losing feeling stops is when I get out into nature for a while, and that doesn't happen nearly enough.
Think the whole point is too realize there is no winning or losing, there just is "life".

How very zen remind, though I would modify that to say that loss is a part of life but losing does not in itself make life not worth living. Particularly when one loses in such a trivial fashion.
And oh I lost again.
I didn't see this game until this morning on babble, when, of course, I lost.
And now I lose again because I saw it again.

Lol, I lose again as well. Having it on the forum kind of ruins things because you have a fairly persistent reminder. But once this thread dies it's good fun among friends and family. I've been losing all day since I posted but for good measure I LOSE.

You people are hopeless. I played three rounds of the game this afternoon, and I won 2 out of 3.
My method is quite simple, but unfortunately it is not to be found on the web.

Amazing how many people claim they can win a game that can't be won. Strangely reminds of those that claim it's my civic duty to vote.

I don't know the situation in the USA but ACT teams target street
people while the AHTP is a voluntary program that is working
remarkably well for me. There is a number 250.370.8722 which is
available to me from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
So, in the case of an emergency, I phone AHTP and *not* 911. If I feel
I need to be in the hospital, AHTP will get me there. More likely,
they will talk me down and remind me of which way I'm trying to go
(towards sanity & away from suicide).
Unfortunately, crisis tends to strike in the wee hours of the early
morning and that leaves the NEED Crisis Line or 911. I haven't had
much luck with the crisis line -- they are very busy, strictly
volunteer, and often unavailable. Telling someone with a rope around
her neck to try again in 15 minutes is pretty much the same thing as
telling her to kick the chair, in terms of the patient's experience.
Now, I've fallen into some bad habits and one of them is calling 911
when I'm afraid I'm going to die. My sleep needs to be stabilized and
regularized -- I need to be asleep from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. and I need
to see a neurologist to help me do that. Zopiclone works and it's not
a psychtropic but it is habit-forming. Loxapine has horrible
neurological side effects that kick in almost immediately (the muscles
in my legs cramp and can't uncramp -- the only relief is running or a
hot bath) and then they give me Cogentin to deal with the anxiety
attacks and the flailing limbs problem.
Then, of course, Cogentin has side effects of its own. No doubt they
can prescribe the antidote, too. But it's just silly. I need to sleep
5 hours or better or I'll have a very bad day. I have a sleep disorder
not a psychiatric disease. Nobody as a psychiatric disease -- that's a
category mistake (Szasz).
I'm such a loser. I lose every time I play.

Ethiopian taxi driver made it onto my team the other day. He played some prayers for me along with their (poor?) English translation. Steadfast makes me think of Steed & Emma Peel. Willie the Wonder Horse (Norwegian Fjord pony, picture to follow) is Steadfast.

If I love to be 44, I can likely live to be 47. And if I pull that off, I can say quite honestly that I'm at least as smart as DFW.
Steadfast friend pointed out to me that I did, in fact, pass the LSAT; I just didn't get an excellent mark. I passed Organic Chemistry 230 with Dr. David Dolphin @ UBC in 1987, too. About 62% in both cases. I loathe written examinations under florescent lights. So did DFW (or I assume so, as he complains about the lights at the grocery store).
How many of the 62% wrestle with schizoaffective disorder?
