Is anyone advertising rabble.ca? Are there billboards/advertising, etc?

I think a major problem with the left is they have no way to pervasively advertise, I was wondering if signs by frequently used highways would be a good way to advertise, or advertise on billboards in cities.

I think that is the left's greatest weakness is outlets of information are monopolized and the left is highly fragmented on the net.

Is there a directory of the most popular left sites somewhere?  I know of alternet, revleft, rabble, zmag (I or communications I think it is?)

Is there any more?

You got that right.  Generally in western democracies any hint of leftist views are kept out of mainstream discourse, mostly by financial means.  just look at the US midterms, three billion dollars in TV ads!  How can anyone who hasn't bought into the system compete against that?

but the idea of a left news directory is a great idea, to compile or aggregate stories from the day from a left perspective would help link up a bunch of fragmented websites and maybe promote pooling of resources.

like i wish there was a democracynow.org in canada!
