It was unreachable (for me) in Firefox, so I tried IE (yuck) with no luck - but then it loaded fine in Google Chrome!
Just wondering if other babblers would double-check my results and see what's up. I left a comment on the original article explaining the problem, because I can't figure out who the webmaster of the site is.

takebacktheday.ca works for me in Firefox, Chrome and Safari, both if I type the address directly or if I follow the links from the article. Maybe they fixed the problem? Otherwise I have no idea, U.

Hmmm... no, their links were ok, and I'm still having the same problem. Mind you, it works for me on Safari also... I'll try another machine.
Is CSIS screwing around with my computer? Is it because I'm wearing a mask? So many questions, so few answers...
