Now's a good time, for example, to start mobilizing community support to revert Saskatchewan back to the historic urban/rural split ridings, rather than the rural-urban combined ridings in Saskatoon and Regina. They strand a lot of NDP and even Liberal vote in perpetually Tory ridings.
