The judge in Ontario Superior Court has to voided the election results in Etobicoke Centre for the 2011 election. There is a link to the full text of the court decision on this web site. Any appeal of this decision must be made within eight days, and the s.532(1) of the Elections Act provides for any appeal of the Court decision to proceed directly to the Supreme Court of Canada.
