Hi Sandy. You've been warned several times to do the basic courtesy of checking to see if there is already a thread open on a major issue before opening a new thread. Thread proliferation disrupts discussion and makes moderators' lives difficult. Almost every babbler adopts this very simple and longstanding practice.
