Liberals caught red-handed stealing Green election material?

It appears Joe Volpe and one of his campaign staff/volunteers were caught red-handed taking Green Party material out of mailboxes, and replacing it with Liberal material.

Focus on Harper as he is the only thing standing between the NDP and a touchdown.
Tonight's news had actual photo's of Volpe & an associate removing Green Party material from mail boxes.
Elections Canada seems to be another government agency that has been rendered into jelly. Volpe Should be eliminated from the ballot. Nothing will happen.
If he has the capacity, he should be embarrased & ashamed to show his face in the riding. But he's a politician. 'Nuff said.
