The new cabinet (or politburo)

Wanted to start a discussion on the Cabinet which is largely retreads.What do you think are the more significant choices and implications?
Will the new president of the treasury board roll back extravagant spending in his riding or expedite it?
Can our minister of foreign affairs shout loudly enough to drive despots out and spread Canadian values everywhere? Will his hot air do enough to displace other dangerous greenhouse gases?
Will altered CIDA documents accidentally increase our foreign aid spending to reasonable targets?
etc. etc. etc.
At least Baird will make sure Canada's voice is "heard" internationally....
