After deciding against running for the leadership, Peter Julian has been moved into the Finance Portfolio. I for one am looking forward to seeing him go head to head with Flaherty.

Smart move by Turmel. Peter is one of the NDP's top Parliamentary performers (IMHO). Flaherty is one of Harper's few effective ministers so it will be nice to see him get his cage rattled a bit more.

Who creates money in Canada?
Where was it spent? What do we have to show for it besides very little next to nothing?
And why are the feds, provinces, businesses and Canadians in so much debt as a result?
How have the feds in Ottawa managed to achieve so little in the past three decades with what is a cornucopia of natural resource wealth at their disposal? How did they manage to fuck-up a sure thing over such a long period of time?
