"The UN Conference on Sustainable Development, which drew to a close in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil last Friday, has been denounced by environmental advocates as a 'hoax' and 'an epic failure'.."
What did anyone expect? These summits rarely produce anything meaningful except lots of CO2 from the thousands of people traveling there. Why are they held at all? Colour me skeptical about them.
