Perhaps you didn't know this Bacchus but most homeless women are Aboriginal. There are incredible stories to be told of how they are overcoming their situations and making for themselves a brighter future.
It's good that some of them are, but that doesn't mean that, as I suspect you'd like it to mean, that society doesn't have a massive responsibility to help them.
Homelessness is largely a result of society deciding to leave certain people to die, after all.
