North Carolina affirms marriage as a sacred union between a man and his sister
It's good to see that in a time of economic uncertainty, massive unemployment, social unrest, nuclear proliferation and myriad other challenges, the voters of North Carolina were able to focus on the biggest threat of all: dudes marrying other dudes. Sleep tight, America. Gay marriage is now banned in North Carolina.
Here is a North Carolinian that gets it. Too bad he wasn't able to sway enough of his neighbours. Like he said the last time they did a marriage amendment in NC was in 1875, to make interracial marriages illegal.
