Miami's Proposed Solution to Homelessness: Treat People Like Pigeons and Make It Illegal to Feed ThemPretty shameless, really. I can certainly understand the problem with the leftovers but surely they can put in garbage cans - except that's probably not the point, the point being to make the homeless move on. Somewhere, anywhere.
I really wish they would make it illegal to feed pigeons around where I live, but that's getting off-topic,
