A woman in Joliette, a town northeast of Montréal, found hundreds of garments that seem to have been deliberately slashed before they were discarded in the refuse bins of the local Sears store. By the way, none of these chains are particularly "prestigious" or "high-end". On the contrary.
This is shocking and should be illegal. It is environmentally wasteful and deprives people who need clothing of wearable garments.
