Canadian Air Transport Security Authority recommends the federal government skip ordering genital blurring technology
Micheal Vonn of the B.C. Civil Liberties Association said CATSA failed to properly advise trial participants what they were consenting to.
I'm sorry but when I read this thread title I thought it was a call to send garage sale donations for a fundraiser for CATSA.
As for the thread topic itself: ick.
Finally! THE issue to alienate the Evangelical Right from Harper!...
I'm biased, of course, as I have a real psychological problem with flying. So much so, that the last time I flew, about 25 years ago (gad, how time...passes) I promised myself never again.
I have so far kept that promise.
But even putting that aside, and trying my best to think like a normal person, I wonder how inconvienient/impersonal/gaulling/humiliating/stressfull flying can be made before everyone just starts taking the train, or booking a room on an ocean frieghter?
Or maybe better, get a pilot friend to fly you in one of those little planes.
I dunno. Flying on the big commercial jets just doesn't seem to me to be worth it from any perspective.
Genital blurring... trans ravens behaving like roosters... what IS it with gender in B.C.?
As with anyone, they only need ask politely.
