Bush will be speaking alongside President Bill Clinton at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre on MAY 29 (ONE MONTH AWAY!) making it Bush's second post-administration visit to Canada. Bush previously visited Calgary where he was greeted by both a welcoming business class and an angry mob wondering why a war criminal was being let into the country. 4 people were arrested at the Calgary protest.

An article was written in the Globe and Mail on April 20 about the visit but any action has yet to be fully organized.

Visit www.protestbush.com to brainstorm ideas and organize!

I hope in Toronto someone tries to make a citizen's arrest of Bush as the war criminal he is - didn't someone try this in Calgary?

I think given rabble's fun-fest at the recent Liberal convocation, I mean, convention in Vancouver we should get a rabble group together, bring all shoes, pies and any other projectiles.

Webgear, Slumberjack, you guys got any spare grenades hanging around? Wink

No, none to spare, sorry bout that.  I've got a 105 mm artillery shell though, would that do?  If the urge to throw something at the event can't be supressed, I'd suggest a pair of these.
