In February, the Harper Tories signed the Civil Assistance Plan, which authorizes the US Military to enter Canada. It was one of the bills that the Liberals rolled over for if you recall they were doing a lot of abstaining at that time.
Well, there's a contingent of US Iraq forces coming back to serve against 'domestic terror', where do you suppose they could go now?
some folks call what Harper did as 'high treason', because the Canadian public is supposed to ratify the presence of any foreign troops on our soil.
