Toronto Mayor Rob Ford has once again been spotted using his cell phone while driving, at least according to one driver.

Sarah Barrett says she saw Ford talking on his phone while driving his bronze minivan with the vanity plate "ROB FORD" near Dundas and Spadina.

"How could you not recognize him? And he had his phone to his ear," she says to The Globe and Mail. "Why does he think that he can do it, when all the rest of us aren't supposed to do it . . . He should do what everybody does. He's not above the law."

Maybe one of his rich friends can buy him a hands free unit.

If he is caught, he should be prosecuted like everyone else.

It's not fair for an ordinary person to be prosecuted if the Mayor isn't going to be.  Bring charges against him.

Hazel McCaillon just had to go through a corruption trial, so I don't see why Ford shouldn't be charged for breaking the cellphone driving law.

On a positive note, some analysts think that Ford's declining appeal may be hurting Hudak in the provincial election.

If all the evidence that is required is the story from the Globe then I must say,  "I saw him too."

Rob Ford denies his governance hurt Ontario PCs

Progressive Conservative campaign secretary Chad Rogers said Thursday night one of the factors that conspired to keep his party from forming government was the "difficult work" done by the conservative-minded Ford, who pushed for a slate of deeply unpopular cuts at the municipal level.
