Some NDP apologists shine by their absence
I put my comment on this separate so that the discussion won't be derailed in the thread in question, which is: http://www.rabble.ca/babble/prairies/bnai-brith-upset-mention-palestinians-exam-mb-govt-make-sure-doesnt-happen-again Or http://tinyurl.com/3ahfvdb
My comment is that I have noticed that not one of those NDPers who, at any criticism of the NDP come tripping on each other to defend, deny, revise history and obscure issues has shown up on this thread.
The truth is too close in time for them to show up. I bet a few years later the issue will interest them enough to come deny this ever happened and malign the critic, the messenger.

I rarely even look, and really rarely post in any thread that has anything to do with Paeltinians and Israelis. Thats not for lack of concern or knowledge. Its because the threads I'm willing to participate in already approach my threshold of watching a bizarre circus. [And predictable if it isnt bizarre.]
Since I don't look at those threads I cant speak to how you behave there, but what I have seen of you in threads I have been in, you seem to have little else to say other than how lousy the NDP is.
So if you're pointing fingers at when it is people do and don't show up for discussions, have a look in a mirror.
Besides- its a complete waste of time to attack people for what they are or aren't interested in.
95% of that has to do with what interest's people. Surprise, surprise. And while in principle you can establish patterns in that, how do you filter the effects of that 95% that is about mundane stuff?
Then there is of course people actively staying away from discussions they think are gauanteed to be unpleasant. Lot of sense in that. Want to give people the 3rd degree on that too?
Not to mention the bizarre futility of getting high and mighty about what people don't want to talk about.
mahmud, you can't start threads accusing unnamed babblers of a presumed political position based on an absence of comments.
Closing.
