bc justice system a mess of corruption . . .

. . . a suit commenced against me in the supreme court of british columbia in 2001 but, like the mafia, once you're in you can't ever get out.  the suit against me was never litigated, the court imposed a september 30, 2005 expiration date on the proceedings, and the petitioner (my father) died in 2006, yet the assets in the dispute were confiscated wholesale by the bc govenrment ($1.5 million) and i continue to receive an unending stream of adverse court judgments through the mail from the bc supreme court pursuant to the dead lawsuit on a semiannual basis.  the bc supreme court is completely gone.  the bar and the justice system in british columbia is to be avoided at all costs . . .
