Outside the Lucky Moose Food Mart, the Victim Rights Action Committee held a press conference Friday to gather public support for David Chen and two of his staff, who were charged with assaulting and kidnapping a suspected shoplifter who had allegedly stolen a tray of potted plants from Chen's store on Saturday May 23.
