Letter to all Nations: (french version below)

Emergency “Great Peace Gathering” calls to all Nations:

As you are probably aware, there are many new conflicts arising from the creation of new imposing laws being implemented within North America that will pose a danger to our Mother Earth and her natural resources more so now than ever.

In Canada and in the U.S., we have the tar sands and pipeline dangers and Plan Nord amongst many other government and privatised projects, stealing more sovereign traditional lands and waters from our Peoples within North America until there will be nothing left for the seven generations to come.

Through international law, we as the original North American Indigenous Peoples had the right to proper decolonization since 1945. However, the U.S. and Canadian governments, the Vatican and the British Crown’s constant interference has denied us our proper decolonization rights to regain all of our North American lands as long as we consider all of its citizens through the United Nations Decolonization Declaration of 1960.

We have been denied, through false and misleading interpretations and perceptions of international law, the right to decolonization and self determination has only occured within our reserves and immediate territories.

What they have done is deceitful and illegal within their own laws. For proper decolonization to be legal, everyone within all Nations would have had to agree through a “referendum process” to proper decolonization which was obviously never had by our People.

Thus, adding insult to injury, their fictitious use of the doctrine of discovery “terra nullius” (lands without owners) has been legally “nul and void” since 1960, given proper decolonization rights including its determination in relevance to the Western Sahara decolonization process by the International Court judges determination in 1975 in regards to “terra nullius.”

Many worldwide, including the immigrants to these lands are awakening to the truth of the past and of the now, as we are coming into a critical point in history.

If we take a final stand together to make things right for all Nations, the karma of the past can be rectified by the restructuring of Canada and the United States through proper decolonization; which would instill a more direct democracy and a much brighter Nation to Nation future for the Indigenous Peoples of North America and all citizens.

Given the present developments of infringements upon the natural resources and human rights, and especially as of last week, things are drastically escalating and getting out of hand for all Nations upon these North American lands. In Canada, the Province of Quebec has implemented Bill 78, where 50 or more assembled is considered illegal and can mean imprisonment as well as a $1,000.00 – $5,000.00 fine.

Bill 78 was passed to stop protests in Montreal but also from happening anywhere and especially within the vicinity of natural resources of Plan Nord as the Canadian military has been brought in, to enforce the law against Canadian and Indigenous peoples.

Within the next few months, this law will be imposed upon all living within the Canadian borders especially since we now have fallen under the U.S. Homeland Security Act through the imposition of the Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP) agreements between Canada, Mexico and the U.S..

As it stands and because it will be simpler in Canada to decolonize, we have a narrow window of opportunity to turn things around not just for the Indigenous Peoples of North America and its citizens but for all life upon Mother Earth if we act quickly and this is why we must all unite at Eagle`s Nest occupied Mohawk territory in Brantford, Ontario, Canada with as many Nations as possible.

We must take a collective stand within the proper decolonization of all of North America while the AFN (Assembly of First Nations Chiefs) of Canada have their annual meeting in Toronto, so that they can remember who they are as they hear our voices, so that we can all set things right before it is too late and everything is lost.

The time has come for us as North American Nations to gather in order to stop the insanity so that we can all create the change upon our Mother Earth as Creator of All intended it to be for all life.

Appel d’urgence à toutes les Nations au “Rassemblement de la Grande Paix:” 

Comme vous le savez probablement, il y a beaucoup de nouveaux conflits découlant de la création de nouvelles lois qui sont mises en œuvre au sein de l’Amérique du Nord et qui présentent un danger pour notre Mère la Terre et ses ressources naturelles, d’autant plus maintenant que jamais.

Au Canada et aux États-Unis, nous avons des sables bitumineux, les dangers des pipelines et le Plan Nord parmi beaucoup d’autres projets gouvernementaux et privés, volant encore plus de terres et d’eaux traditionnellement souveraines de nos peuples en Amérique du Nord jusqu’à ce qu’il n’y ait plus rien pour les sept générations à venir.

Grâce à la législation internationale, nous, les peuples autochtones d’origine nord-américaine avons le bon droit à la décolonisation depuis 1945.

Cependant, les gouvernements américain et canadien, le Vatican et l’interférence constante de la Couronne britannique nous ont refusé nos propres droits à la décolonisation pour retrouver l’ensemble de nos terres d’Amérique du Nord à condition que nous considérions l’ensemble de ses citoyens au travers de la Déclaration des Nations Unies de 1960 sur la décolonisation. Par le biais d’interprétations et de perceptions fausses et trompeuses du droit international, la décolonisation nous a été refusée et le droit à l’autodétermination seulement sur nos réserves et les territoires immédiats.

Beaucoup de gens dans le monde entier, y compris les immigrants vers ces terres, s’éveillent à la vérité passée et actuelle, puisque nous arrivons à un moment critique historique.

Si nous prenons ensemble une position définitive pour faire les choses correctement pour toutes les Nations, le karma du passé peut être corrigé par la restructuration du Canada et des États-Unis par une bonne décolonisation; ce qui instillerait une démocratie plus directe et un avenir beaucoup plus lumineux de Nation à Nation pour les peuples autochtones d’Amérique du Nord et tous les citoyens.

Compte tenu de l’augmentation actuelle des infractions sur les ressources naturelles et les droits de l’homme, et d’autant plus que la semaine dernière, les choses sont en escalade et échappent à toutes les Nations sur ces terres d’Amérique du Nord. En effet, au Canada, la province de Québec a mis en place le projet de loi 78, où 50 personnes ou plus rassemblées est considéré comme illégal et peut signifier l’emprisonnement ainsi que d’une 1,000.00 – 5,000.00 dollars d’amende.

Le Projet de loi 78 a été adopté pour arrêter les protestations/manifestations à Montréal, mais aussi pour les empêcher de se produire partout et surtout dans le voisinage des ressources naturelles du Plan Nord où l’armée canadienne a été amenée, pour faire appliquer la loi contre les peuples canadiens et autochtones.

Dans les prochains mois, cette loi sera imposée à tous les citoyens vivant dans les frontières canadiennes d’autant plus que nous sommes maintenant sous le régime « US Homeland Security » par l’imposition des accords entre le Canada, le Mexique et les États-Unis du « Partenariat pour la Sécurité et la Prospérité » (PSP).

À l’heure actuelle et parce qu’il sera plus simple de décoloniser au Canada, nous avons une étroite ouverture d’opportunité pour faire évoluer les choses, non seulement pour les peuples autochtones d’Amérique du Nord et de ses citoyens, mais pour tout être vivant sur la Terre-Mère, si nous agissons rapidement. Et c’est pourquoi nous devons tous nous unir au Nid d’Aigle en territoire Mohawk, à Brantford en Ontario au Canada avec autant de Nations possible.

Nous devons prendre une position collective au sujet de la décolonisation de toute l ‘Amérique du Nord tandis que l’APN (Assemblée des Chefs des Premières Nations) du Canada tiendra son assemblée annuelle à Toronto, afin que les Chefs puissent se rappeler qui ils sont, quand ils entendront nos voix et de sorte que nous puissions mettre toutes les choses au point avant qu’il ne soit trop tard et que tout soit perdu.

Le temps est venu pour nous en tant que Nations nord-américaines de nous rassembler afin d’arrêter la folie et que nous puissions tous créer le changement sur notre Mère la Terre telle que le Grand Créateur voulait qu’elle soit à tout jamais.

PS : Afin que cet important rassemblement soit un énorme succès et étant donné le court délai de temps, nous vous remercions de toute l’aide, le soutien et le parrainage de quiconque pour que beaucoup d’anciens et de peuples des quatre directions puissent assister à ces réunions cruciales et faire entendre leurs voix.
