The Deets:

Tuesday January 1, 2012

12:00 pm noon – 2:00 pm

Queen’s Park – College Street and University Avenue

Toronto, ON

The Call Out:

On New Year’s Day, Lt. Governor of Ontario, David Onley, holds a levee (kind of like an open house) and this is a chance to ask him to ask the Governor General of Canada to meet Chief Spence.

Lyn Adamson be bringing a letter from Voice of Women for Peace and will be coming at 1:00 pm. You may bring a letter from a group you are part of or just bring yourself, it’s a public event.

At 2:00 pm we’ll do a spiral dance or round dance on the lawn, and take some photos with our banners (which we won’t bring inside). Later we’ll head down to the round dance at Yonge Dundas Square (4 pm)
