Location: In front of Post Office , Franklin Ave

Activists, will have a banner, petitiion to sign, as well as hand outs from the PSAC.

The PSAC Office will have a window display highlighting pictures from around the world and a paper mache mask of Harper , with a cartoon bubble indicating his silience on the issue.
