Who wants to sit back and wait to be told what to vote for? Leadnow.ca launches a video calling for people to head to the polls to vote for the Canada they want to see.
Who wants to sit back and wait to be told what to vote for? Leadnow.ca is encouraging people to get out and vote for the issues they care about with a fun parody of the classic “I am Canadian” TV commercial.
This video was written and produced after Leadnow.ca hosted a cross-country process that brought generations of Canadians together online and in their local communities to create the Declaration for Change. All told, the process involved over 80 local events and 4,000 online participants.
The Declaration for Change calls for political cooperation to build a stronger democracy that protects our environment, creates economic opportunity while increasing equality, and guarantees that everyone receives the care they need.
