Wayne Roberts

Wayne Roberts is best known for his leadership of the Toronto Food Policy Council during the years from 2000 to 2010. Since retiring from the paid workforce, he has kept busy serving on boards of several food charities and non-profits, writing two books on food (The No-Nonsense Guide to World Food and Food for City Building; A Field Guide for Planners, Actionists and Entrepreneurs), promoting food causes on social media, serving as visiting scholar at the University of Toronto's New College, speaking and consulting on city food policy and writing for rabble.ca.
