A hands-on conference working directly with data from the APCOL surveys and
case studies. We'll talk about how we can make good use of this research in
our recruiting, organizing and capacity-building work and look for answers
to questions such as:

- Why do some people get involved in neighbourhood groups working for
change, and others don't?

- What do people learn through their involvement?

- Why do some decide to stay and others leave?
