food is a lot more complex than it looks

Bomb Girls is an explosive homegrown TV drama

I'm not generally a fan of network TV. Mostly because I have a kryptonite strength hate on for the reality television that tends to fill the air these days. However on this occasion, I raise a glass to Global for bankrolling, as well as promoting the heck out of "Bomb Girls," a terrific new dramatic Canadian mini-series about a group of women working at a munitions factory during WWII.

The second installment of the long-awaited Montréal Soaps.

After 8 years of evolving style, tone and form, in the seclusion of the Stanley Street Monastery, the habits are coming off and the players are raring to diddle, dazzle and delight you with their gooseflesh-raising high-larity.

On each of these magical Saturday evenings, the cast of The Montréal Soaps will create new episodes of delicious improvised satire right before your eyes.

This remarkable achievement in live theatre will frazzle, dazzle, and diddle you like no other comedy.

The cabaret-style fiesta begins Sat Apr 17th at 10pm, and runs for four successive Saturday nights
