In celebration of the newest issue of Granta, contributor Madeleine Thien will read and explore an extract from her forthcoming novel ( Dogs at the Perimeter ), along with Martha Baillie ( The Incident Report ), who will discuss how Toronto's libraries have become a refuge for those on the margins.

Artist Vid Ingelevics will present his project on immigration and identity.
