Dustin Lance Black, screenwriter of the motion picture "Milk," gives an emotional acceptance speech after winning the Oscar for best screenplay. In it, Black talked about the impact of hearing of Harvey Milk upon moving to California, and expressed optimism of a future of equal rights for gays.
