Concert For KAIROS
KAIROS is a non-governmental organization with which a number of national churches are affiliated. Its vital work over many years in promoting grass-roots partnership development in various parts of the world has now been placed in serious jeopardy by the sudden and unexplained decision of the federal government to cut $7.1 million from CIDA's support of KAIROS over the next four years.
