maybe its because financial centres are predominantly in the north.
so the investment deals are rigged always for northern bankers to profit.
white northerners get minimal benefits, to keep FTA politicians elected - all at the expense of, and enough to put supporters at some advantage over, Indigenous and other peoples particularly in the South.
these peoples suffer more, and see more clearly the roots of the problem.
