Any chance that Jaime Watt is a closet gay that they are outing?
Jaime's been out for decades.
I don't think that he was really the architect of anything other than a communications/advertising strategy. He's not a policy guy, but he'll sell anything that he's asked to sell.
Ostensibly, they are honouring him for pushing the Harris/Eves government to comply with a Supreme Court ruling (which they did with the poetically named "An Act to comply with the ruling of the Supreme Court".
