comparing garbage colllectors with police and fire fighters is a joke.....where do the demands end?....declare these lazy, fat, overpaid numbskulls an essential serivice and take back control of the city.....these old style union tactics need to be flushed down the toilet......3% per year for 3 years?.....who in the hell in the real world has had a raise let alone not had to pare back wages in this economic environemt?  Out of touch with reality is an understatement.
