just like environmental legislation,  there is some silly aversion to studying things cumulatively and over time   I suppose since canadian governments are unable to understand complexity we should just ignore it.

lets remove this ineffective and irresponsible power structure decentralize and and implement real direct democracy that will ensure we protect the ecological diversity so we may actually have future generations of humans on the earth.
