Hi Poker online, While I would not say that insurance companies are "scammers", they are definitely "less than honest". If you can "prove your case" to them then you might get the "compensation"; else, you are kicked out! It is all in the "fine print' which is written in such small typo that you would need a magnifying glass to read it in its entirety! ;)
