Every single adult who knows this is happening to a child and doesn't report it shares the guilt for what is happening to her from that day forward.

In Canada, if someone knows of or suspects that a child is being abused, that person has a legal obligation to report the known or suspected abuse. Failure to report can result in charges being laid, as well as a fine of up to $10,000....

All of us must take responsibility when we suspect abuse is taking place, not only from a legal standpoint, but from moral and ethical obligations as well.

so, do you fucking duty and report me info...just get on with it if i am such a criminal....go on...i will wait for the police to call me .....an incident from 5 years ago.....you really are reaching for ways to upset me. it's pathetic.

go on, call the police and tell them you think you know of a person who may know of an abused youth from 5 years ago in prince george....i'll be waiting for them to scramble all resources....
