I do not believe it would be possible to pass legislation forbidding criticism of Israel, or any other country for that matter; such a precedent would undermine our democracy.
We MUST have full knowledge of the funders supporting this odd special interest group since it includes our elected representatives.
The definition of anti-Semitism varies a great deal but crimes against any ethno/religious group are already actionable through existing laws in Canada.
