It seems amusing at first.  But if the idea ever went mainstream I can think of at least a few friends that would amuse themselves with tipping at bars and restuarants with huge wads of these bills.  In the end jerks trying to jerk people around would probably make a far louder statement than anyone people with something valid to say.
