Well according to NDPP's article Clooney must be a CIA/Israeli agent provocateur. Personally I think this has fail written all over it per NDPP's article: this isn't a freedom movement its yet another CIA/Israeli plot.
China needs to hurry up and finish that super carrier they are building.
I am still waiting for China to engage in joint naval operations with the Sudanese Navy. Maybe a few life fire exercises to show the world that the Sudanese government still has the right to defend itself.

It's more a case of China militarizing (militarily defending) its merchantilism (economic imperialism.)

I was being sarcastic. I actually tried to learn Mandarin a few years ago and discovered that I not only have no apptitude for languages but also Mandarin's tonal nature was very hard for me to hear. Speaking of militarized merchantilism how about these babies? A return to the great age of American gunboat diplomacy. These boats are designed with the Red Sea and Somalian coast in mind.
Of course if the MIC ever gets them built it will be with government funds, borrowed from the Chinese mostly.

Its an interesting question. What about the separation of North Mali (Azawad)? Remember Biafra which mobilized many activists in Canada ? It was in Berlin in 1885, if I remember, that the bounderies were drawn with little regard for Africa's existing political map. Yes there were many kingdoms and empires not just little isolated villages as our history taught us. Should the African Union draw up a separation procedure with a Clarity Bill ?
