Yes, them who you apologize for have harbored anti-Cuban terrorists on the CIA's payroll and even encouraged the hijackings of Cuban airliners by way of US Government policy to offer sanctuary to actual hijackers and anti-Cuban terrorists in the recent past. It's not a great leap of faith to suspect that the hijackings of 9/11 were part of an inside job to launch a phony global war on terror and much warfiteering in the years since.
