Syria #7: Russia readies marines for Syria mission
"Discussing the Syrian situation on a broader scale than the soundbites and simplisitic black/white presentations by the presstitutes in the main stream media." Interview with Pepe Escobar
The secret-spilling group WikiLeaks said Thursday it was in the process of publishing material from 2.4 million Syrian emails - many of which it said came from official government accounts.
But they're not going to allow everyone access to them all....
"US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said Moscow and Beijing must be punished for supporting Assad. Russia's Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov said the West is operating within a friend-or-foe framework that he called outmoded. Russia said that western powers were purposely distorting the terms of an agreement to push for the removal of Assad..'
"Iraq's Foreign Minister is claiming that al-Qaeda is behind the uprising against Syria's president. He stated that their is 'solid information and intelligence' that militants from the terror network have been flowing into Syria..."
"Canada, the United States and the other members of the 'Friends of Syria' tried to raise pressure Friday on the regime of Bashar Assad with calls for stiffer sanctions. 'All of us must tighten up our sanctions,' Foreign Affairs Minister John Baird said. 'Russia is not on the sidelines, it is enabling this regime to soldier on.."
the 'Friends of Syria's sanctions, like their murderous foreign mercenary death squads they arm and insert into Syria, will only inflict further agonies upon the Syrian people..a majority of which support their president.
Putin should be as vicious a toadie as Baird. God help us.
Actually, that should read "Baird parrots U.S. SOS Clinton". The Cons have no opinion until and unless they are told to have one by the U.S. I root for Putin, not to say he is an ideal, but at this point at least he's not a lapdog of the U.S.
Yes that's all Baird is, a squawking parrot perched on uncle whiskers' shoulder.
And I hope Putin is not a toadie. Lots of friends of the west in the Kremlin and Moscow apparently. They are no strangers to Russian style gladio themselves. Some real bad bastards there in Spetsnaz and KGB-"FSB." Dirty as you want. "Russian gladio" sounds absurd, I know. But I believe they, too, have been guilty of false flag treachery in the past.

Baird blames Russia for UN ‘losing its relevance' in Syrian crisis
Putin should be as vicious a toadie as Baird. God help us.
So what's coming next for Syria after regime change occurs?Top Syrian general 'defects to Turkey'
Reported escape of Manaf Tlass, leading member of Bashar al-Assad's inner circle, does not mean anything, official says

So where will Assad flee to - Russia?

It's obviously over for Assad - just a matter of when. Syria: a long, hard slogThe claim that the government's cohesion is cracking has been made many times before, and after each explosion the structure still stands

Assad won't flee anywhere. Russia may be crafty but it's not stupid. Assad will meet a NATO inspired end in Syria.
