so they guy who ate mcdonalds for a month decides to get into some traditional muslim clothing and run around the middle east looking for osama bin laden. is this really a documentary, or just a way to prance around the middle east in a comedic manner? i saw the trailer, and the whole indiana jones theme going on just made me think that the muslims are being treated like the nazis. Interestingly. Krusheov's "we will bury you" comment has been largely misrepresented in the western media, in much the same manner as Mr. Amedinejad's comments about Israel. The full qoute in context is as such:

I think Spurlock is a little late... HOWEVER that might be his saving grace, the fact that it seems like alot of people seem to have forgotten or given up on trying to solve the Osama issue. Maybe he can offer a fresh perspective. I liked Supersize Me, I thought he made a good fat guy. [img]tongue.gif" border="0[/img]

I think that the racist, classist, fatist overtones in his McDonald's movie were enough to make me think twice before seeing this dude's Orientalist adventure.
If movies were free than it might be okay to argue that we should watch it before we talk about it. Unfortunately movies cost money so all the puritans who think we should wait in silence miss the point that once you paid, Spurlock has won - no matter how much of a piece of shit his movie might be.
