Jeremy Hinzman took individual responsibility for his actions in war-- just like Nuremberg Principle IV requires. One of the main reasons he’s being deported is because that requirement was dropped when Canada’s Federal Court ruled against him on March 31, 2006 (paragraph 157). The last opportunity to find error with that paragraph--by re-hearing his case--was refused by our very own Supreme Court on Nov 15, 2007—just four days after Remembrance Day.
