Bill 29 settlement for hospital workers. $68 million between 7000 workers. How much will they get?

That works out to on average about $9500 each. But presumably money will be siphoned off to be given to campbell appointed arbitrators. Perhaps the bulk of it?

Also, taxes and so forth?

Just wondering how it works? The good and bad points of it.
