The new chairman of a pro-life Parliamentary caucus is vowing to reopen the abortion debate in Canada.
Winnipeg South MP Rod Bruinooge said he and politicians from other parties are working to bring "more value" to unborn children.
He said people need to be better educated about Canada's abortion stance which he says puts the country in a "class of its own."
