"The mayor of Quebec City isn't interested in the French royal coat of arms that a French-language advocacy group in Gatineau wants the Canadian War Museum to return to the city.
"Jean-Paul Perreault, president of l'Impératif français, last week demanded that the carved pine coat of arms that sat atop a Quebec City gate until 1760 be returned because it had been "looted by violence" after the Battle of the Plains of Abraham.
