Getting anarchist grannies

Have any of you come across Sonia Brock's podcasts?

She recounts many stories from her long life and they are very interesting(my grandparents don't have stories like this.).  In this episodes she recounts how she became an anarchist in the late 50's/60's and what that meant latter on when she was an office worker for the federal government.

How can an anarchist work in a government office?  Isn't that a conflict?

I think that's part of what makes it a story, it's a recounting of the application of theory to the particular situation in which this individual found themselves. Her reasons for being there may have been real or imagined but I'm not sure that is so important.  I think stories are interesting because there are as many situations as there are people and it is sometimes useful to remember that there is/are (an) exception(s) to every rule(I am a 'pataphysician not an anarchist don't'ch'ya know).
