Should babble include a section for scam prevention

should Babble include a section for prevention of scam? Hacker, Scamer, name them all, from time to time they became more bold and resourcefull. For me they are not a problem since i'm professionnal in electronic and computering, but i'm worry about the average guy who don't got the skill or mind sharpness to see them comming from far way. And by scam i don't only mean illegal but also legal scam like ACN. It is why i ask if it possible to open a section in prevention ofscam fraud and other crime related of greed. And the other thing is that i'm sur they are other babbler who got other skill or resource to help other to avoid being a victim!

Actually, I have scam prevention software which I developed myself.  For a reasonable fee it can be yours.  Just send me your full banking information and client card with PIN #

Does this mean the question in the thread title has been answered, or is this thread now about preventing internet scams and hackers?

If it's the latter, I'd like to hear more about this "legal" ACN scam that Lefauve mentions.

Acn is a telecom company with some doutable marketing practice. they use multi level relational system. which is some sort of legitimate haft sister of the pyramidal system. Like the pyramidal system you become a seller by been refer by a relation (familly, friend) they offer you to be client and if you wish to be an lower class seller at there employment. the cost to be a seller is around 500$ + event fee (ACN show) each month you get part of the profit from the client and commission from the under class seller you recruite. But unlike pyramidal system the product is offer at the same price what ever the level (it is why it legal.) the problem is there are a lot of reunions like a religions almost nobody dim make a lot of money unlike what they claim in the show. and you don't have any avantage that oppening a shop under a trade name like bugger king or subway offer. In the end your pocket will be as empty as if you where involve in a pyramidal system.

If you are a rbc client they are a Hocking email circulating that ask you to login using there link.

the link goes to a fake website that look like the rbc direct login page but the url is not from rbc.

Keep in mind that bank can do all the modification to there system without requiring any loging information from you.

All loging data are store on a server dedigated to that task.

If you know anyone who has mentioned wanting a web page for their small business or whatever, there is an offer from Yola.com for free web site hosting. Apparently Kevin O'Leary of Lang & O'Leary on CBC is promoting it. See:

Canada get your business online

I setup a web page for a person in my hometown using Yola.com. The person has some old things he wants to sell online but understands very little of how to go about it. I got him signed up on ebay and registered his page listing with a few of the internet search engines page indexing services. But Yola gives him a .ca domain free for a year as well as some features for shopping cart and paypal options. like an online store front. I am certainly not a professional web programmer myself, but I think it's about as easy as it gets for creating a web site with the ability to sell things. Anyway, that's my bit.
